Community
STRhub is used by researchers, students, and forensic labs across more than 7 countries. This space exists to ask questions, share experiences, report what works and what doesn't, and help shape what gets built next.
STR analysis with NGS is still a developing field. No tool is perfect, no pipeline is universal. The most valuable thing you can contribute is your real experience: a question that others haven't asked yet, a use case that reveals an edge case, or feedback that makes the platform more useful for everyone.
